  • Guidance Fee Rs.1000/- (Non practical courses) Rs.3000/-(Practical courses) (Non refundable).
  • If the Board or College or University advanced or Postponed the admissions or Examinations the institute is not responsible.
  • Any candidate, who joins the Institution, cannot cancel the admission once done
  • .
  • The Institution reserves the right to admit or cancel the admission of the candidates into any course.
  • If the Board, or College or University increases the fee, the same to be paid by the student and Institution would not be responsible for any such changes.
  • Any miscellaneous expenditure regarding the course should be borne by the candidate.
  • The Institute reserves the right to transfer the name of the student of a similar course chosen by him / her to other Universities, if the student cannot be enrolled for the University applied by him / her. In such situations, student will be consulted and counseled about any change.
  • The Institution is not responsible for any delay or loss in postal transit.
  • If there is any delay in supplying the University material or Institute material, the student has no right to claim.
  • Before submitting the admission form the student should confirm his / her eligibility.
  • The candidate shall be responsible for the authenticity and genuineness of all the eligibility documents submitted by him/her.
  • The Admission form should be accompanied by admission fee.
  • The University Regd. / Examination form along with our detailed circular will be sent from our Institution in time. On receipt of the intimation, the candidate should compulsorily remit the required fee along with documents within the specified time-limit to our Institute; or Institute will not take any responsibility of the candidate's examinations or admission.
  • In case of controversial matters, the decision of the Institute is final. The Institute can sue and can be sued, but on all legal disputes, Bangalore Civil Courts shall alone be the legal jurisdiction.
  • If the candidates fail to pay the total guidance fee, the Institute will not supply the study material an/or faculty support.
  • The Co-ordinator reserves the right to enroll the students to other University/ Board, if said University/ Board does not suit candidate's admission requirements.

General Rules & Regulations

  • Application form which is attached with the prospectus should be filled very carefully and sent back to the below mentioned address along with relevant documents (Copies only) and fees to Nascentt correspondence Institute, Bangalore.
  • The Institute is not affiliated to any board / University / Council. All students are admitted for correspondence/distance education programmes only and not for any other purposes.
  • Admissions cannot be claimed as a matter of right as the decision with regard to this lies with the University.
  • Fees once paid cannot be returned or adjusted under any circumstances. In case of cancellation the student has to pay the entire fee.
  • Study materials will be dispatched only to those students who have paid the fee in full.
  • All payments should be made in the Office only, for which students are requested to collect official receipts.
  • The Institute is not responsible for any money paid without our official receipt.

Admission Procedure

Application for admission to the Institute should be made only on the prescribed form which is enclosed in the prospectus.

  • Application form must be accompanied by the following:
    • Attested Xerox copies of all necessary certificates - 3 copies.
    • The prescribed declarations signed by the student and Parent/Guardian (where necessary).
    • Photographs of the student as mentioned at the end of each course. (One Photograph should be affixed in the space provided in the Admission form and the other should be sent along with admission form) -10 copies.
    • Enrolment: Registration fee should be paid through cash/DD.
  • The allotment of seats shall be strictly in order of priority.
  • As the number of seats are limited. Candidates are advised to apply for admission as early as possible.
